Lluvià Tower
The Torre Lluvià or Vil·la Emilia is a modernist building with historicist elements dating from 1896, located in the heart of Manresa's Green Ring.
Typology/Elements
The main building is a manor house with a rural-residential character, surrounded by crops and forests. It has a square floor plan made up of three sections; the central one has three floors with an octagonal tower, and the two side sections are two stories high.
The Town Council acquired the building, which was in ruins, in early 2012. During 2014 and 2015, restoration works were carried out, and it is currently used as a tourist point and interpretation centre for the Green Ring of Manresa.
