Lluvià Tower
The Torre Lluvià or Vil·la Emilia is a modernist construction with historicist elements dating from 1896, located in the heart of Manresa's Green Ring.
Typology/Elements
The main building is a manor house with a rural-residential character, surrounded by farmland and forests. It has a square floor plan formed by three sections; the central one has three floors with an octagonal tower, and the two side sections have two stories each.
The City Council acquired the building, which was in ruins, in early 2012. During 2014 and 2015, restoration works were carried out there, and it is currently used as a tourist point and interpretation center for Manresa's Green Belt.
