Synopsis: In the 1960s and 1970s, much of the peripheral neighborhoods of Barcelona were built by immigrants from the Spanish regions of Extremadura and Andalusia, who were not considered part of the city. Their shacks didn't even have running water or electricity. Tired of the city council claiming that public transport couldn't service these areas because the streets were too narrow and unsafe, Manolo Vital, a bus driver for Barcelona’s main public transport operator, sets out to prove, by driving route 47, that the authorities were wrong.
