The Florinda

Located in the Valldaura neighborhood, in the most representative industrial area west of the urban center and bordering the triangle of factory buildings of great significance for Manresa: La Florinda, Els Panyos, and the Albareda Flour Mill.

The complex occupies a large rectangular plot with frontage on three streets (Ausias March, Dos de Maig, and El Bruc) with Florinda Park at the rear. It has recently been an area in transformation, taking advantage of the position of the Valldaura neighborhood -next to the Cardener and with two urban parks- where residential developments have been carried out. Valldaura is a neighborhood that was born from industrialization and, within it, there are narrow streets with old and modest buildings combined with wide streets and residential blocks built on plots that once housed old factories or workshops.
